Some of the violence in God of War III is really disgusting.

Had friends tell me for years how great they are. Played enough of three to say this: fun, but a few issues. 1. The checkpoints are awful, hoo-ray for replaying entire levels. 2. My companions cause my death more than the enemies. They walk right up on my ass, so when I back up for cover, I can't move, dead. Motherfuck that's infuriating. 3. They love to run in front of you and park directly in your line of fire, while your trying to kill someone.

I would love to glass whoever programmed this companions.
But Call of Duty 3 isn't a good game. I played 15 minutes of it and traded it in. The good ones are: CoD 4, World at War, and Modern Warfare 2

There's a bit where you have to tie a defenceless naked woman to a crank in order to keep a door open, and then she gets crushed to death. Maybe it's just me but this seems a little off.

Borrowed COD4: Modern Warfare from a friend. Probably going to start it tonight. I did the training exercise yesterday, and unsurprisingly I was given a level of Recruit.

Even after having played both the "Modern Warfare" games for more than 100 hours combined, I still can't even get Hardened.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

True, I should have clarified. The ones I mentioned are the ones I've played.

Finished Okami at 60 hours, good game, kind of a lame final boss. I couldn't get all of the beads because of that stupid fashion design thing in the city so I guess I'm done with it.

I'm replaying FFVIII for the first time since the 90's. I always remembered this game to be the weak link of FF's, but so far I'm loving it.
    Sure why not?

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI (Rian Johnson) - 9
STRONGER (David Gordon Green) - 6
THE DISASTER ARTIST (James Franco) - 7
THE FLORIDA PROJECT (Sean Baker) - 9
LADY BIRD (Greta Gerwig) - 8

I hear the same from a lot of people. So much so that I kind of want to replay it as well.

FF8 is wonderful. The soundtrack is the best of the PS series.

I'm still chugging along with FF13... about 17 hours in on Chapter 8.

For some reason, FF8 always reminded me more of Parasite Eve. That's another game I'd like to revisit.

I'm currently playing through Borderlands. It's... okay. Some of the missions are real grinders tho, which kinda sucks.

Apparently in FFVIII, the enemy difficulty is level dependent so there's no need to level up your characters. I did not know this when I played it 10 years back or whatever. Loved it back then.

Finished God of War III in 3 days. There's stuff in this game that annoyed me, but there's more stuff in this game that is crazy awesome. The scope is incredible. Still prefer Uncharted 2 though.

FFXIII changes quite a bit when you reach Gran Pulse, too bad the missions are all the same hunting quests but the scenery is so idyllic, it feels like a safari sim in some alien world. :P

Kratos is an asshole, in 1 you could murder innocent people fleeing from the ruined Athens just for kicks (and green orbs). But i love the games.

3 is fucking spectacular, but the guitar hero minigame... :frustrated:

I like 8, but now I'm distracted w/ FFXIII. I also would love to revisit the Parasite Eve games, wonder if they'll show up on PSN.
