I want to re-buy the "Diablo Battle Chest" so I can play 1 and 2 before 3 comes out in 2011.

Just beat "Modern Warfare 2"'s campaign on Hardened.

I'll try the highest difficulty next. I imagine many swear words will be uttered by me

The checkpoints are in such close proximity that, although you'll die a lot, this has nearly zero impact on the difficulty. The game was very staccato for me on veteran, the exact opposite of R6: Vegas 1 and 2 where I died oh so much less than in MW2, progressed at a snails pace sometimes, but savoured the experience so much more. I was surprised how little frustration there was on veteran in MW2.

"Fallout 3" is one of the best western RPGs ever created.
I don't agree... not close at all. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 AND Both Fallout prequels would be higher on my list.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

"KoTOR" would be on my list as well, but I thought "KoTOR 2" was quite bland both in its gameplay and visuals.

I really, really, REALLY want to play "Dragon Age Origins".

It's great. I'm also looking forward to Knights of the Republic... MMO though.

Crysis is really fun and I'm able to enjoy the game with sufficient detail at DX9. Love how it really forces you to use the nanosuit's powers to get anywhere. The invisibility cloak is fantastic as is the decision to link its depletion rate to the amount of movement the player makes.

That looks pretty neat. Those character models are incredible.

I really don't like the vision bob as he was moving, though. He really didn't seem to be moving very fast at the beginning, but it was bobbing so much it was like his character was running.

Hope they smooth that out a bit.

Fallout 3 is one of the best RPGs I've ever played. I understand the quest radar bothers some people but in a world as ridiculously large as Fallout 3, it'd be damn near impossible to find without hours of endless walking.

Besides, its a modern world so there is some information that can be gleaned from archives. You have the PipBoy and there's a ton of data that can be found, so I don't have a huge problem with it.

I had a bigger problem with it in Oblivion, which I also happened to like a great deal, especially when the quest target was just one person.

Torchlight is fun, but it's Diablo in a WoW graphical wrapper.

I loved both KotORs to death, and also liked Mass Effect, though not nearly as much as the others.

I've become annoyed with Dragon Age: Origins to the point that when I want to play a game, I usually find something else to play. It just didn't grab me as much as I wanted it to, which is a shame because the Origins are all pretty compelling.

I didn't care much for Crysis. The cloaking option makes the game dreadfully easy and boring. I guess I could force myself to not use it...

"Avatar: The Game" seems like an EPIC FAIL for James Cameron and co.

Never even knew that Fallout 3 had an issue with its radar.

I wouldn't have played longer than 10 hours on that if I didn't have the radar. Plus, half the time, I got interested in something else anyways and went in that direction.

Yeah, E, this is the first time I've ever seen anyone mention the radar as a poor part of the game.

The worst thing in video games is when it doesn't tell you where to go. That's not fun.

Speaking of Fallout 3 ... I put it in and started all over again from the start. I'll probably be less evil than last time, hehe.

I played it as "good" as I could the first time around.

I'd like to try it as an evil bastard this time.

I also haven't even touched any of the DLC packs yet.

    That's awesome, Mara.

I'm getting a little pissed at how the community of douchebags seems to have increased ten-fold on "Modern Warfare 2".

Maybe I've just had a string of bad luck with matchings.

I'd like to go through it again, and being more mean. Although I'd like to come out of that dream world the good way.

The developers are babying the players and insulting the ones that want a challenge. This is why I'm annoyed by both games. The coop however, makes the game a lot more fun.

Have you tryed Demon's Souls? i think it's the game for you.

i'm surprised no one here tryed it yet, it's quickly overshadowing Uncharted 2 as my favorite PS3 game.

Demon's Souls is the best game I have for the PS3, hands down, and the best new game I've played this year. It's tough as nails, but I love it so.
