Rapelisberger torn ACL in practice, out for season. The implications for the Browns any time a star Steeler goes down are staggering.
I'm not finding mention from Schefter or other sites. Source?Quoting Skitch (view post)
(Oh, and in McCown we trust. Sigh.)
The Boat People - 9
The Power of the Dog - 7.5
The King of Pigs - 7
Sigh, I got punked by a filthy Cowboys fan. What an asshole. Well, game on. Go McCown!! *he said, with absolutely zero enthusiasm *
I'm happy we are still using the term Rapelisberger and/or PenisbergerQuoting Skitch (view post)
He deserves it, because rape.
Vikes lose offensive lineman Loadholt to a torn Achilles in the first series of tonight's preseason game.
“What we are dealing with here is a perfect engine, er... an eating machine. It's really a miracle of evolution. All this machine does is swim and eat and make little sharks and that's all.”
So many goddamn injuries this off season.

I'm assuming you are laughing because this article is a complete joke.Quoting shaun (view post)
2x Pulitzer Prize winning writer, roughly 90 sources. Probably fabricated though.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
It's old information for sure, but I'd be shocked if it was blatantly untrue.
I get your'e joking about the Pulitzer Prize comment but 90 off the record sources with a few sprinkles of former players who have no direct knowledge of the situations is hardly good journalism.
It's basically an ESPN covering their ass piece fresh off their shitty reporting on Deflategate. (11 of 12 footballs were found under inflated, constantly reporting that walkthroughs were taped, etc etc )
Chris Mortensen should be fired.
Seriously though, Don Van Natta has won 2 Pulitzers with the NY Times. He's eminently qualified as an investigative journalist.

Rex rules. Can't blame a guy for loving his wife's feet.
yeah no shame in a dude loving his wife (and her feet)Quoting shaun (view post)
This is an allegory about life.
What a great week 1. Pissed no other AFC E team lost but whatever. They're all fighting for the wild card anyway.
Shaun how the fuck did you get on the field like that?
We get Jets Rewards points for attending games that we have to cash in prior to the start of the new year, and we're at all the games usually except W4 preseason. Most of the stuff is like autograph swag (pictures, helmets, footballs) but some are experiences like being in the player intro tunnel, holding the flag during the Star Spangled Banner, etc.. We did the player intro tunnel for the home opener and I also grabbed an autographed picture of Leonard Williams. It's a cool little program.
Christine was on video duty and I just kept snapping pics with my arm out. Wilk obliged me with a hand slap.
