The Enforcer is entertaining enough, although it seems lighter than Dirty Harry and Magnum Force. It also feels like it's just bordering on parody. []. 7/10, but not good enough to make my Top 10.

“What we are dealing with here is a perfect engine, er... an eating machine. It's really a miracle of evolution. All this machine does is swim and eat and make little sharks and that's all.”
Really that good, huh? I was worried it was going to be full of itself. I'll check it out.

Wow.....
Edit: I hadn’t realized just how many films A24 put out, so my first statement doesn’t hold nearly as much weight.

I like A24 but I'm sure they put out bad films just like any other studio.

I haven't liked any of the Horror movies I've seen from them, but they do tend to make really good dramas; Moonlight ftw!Quoting DFA1979 (view post)
Saint Maud is unfortunately one of them for me.Quoting DFA1979 (view post)
Hot Summer Nights is another bad one.
Just out of curiosity, as a non-fan of the A24 Horrors I've seen myself, what didn't you care for about it?Quoting Zac Efron (view post)
Weak, uninteresting script. Amateur filmmaking skills.Quoting StuSmallz (view post)
Love the Omega Man avatar, DFA.
