I suppose Masters of Cinema's spotless track record wasn't going to last, but it's baffling that it had to be for this. Letterboxd capsule:

Plays like a supercut of contemporary art-cinema tics, but not pointedly in the way I found Afterschool did. Slivers of formal interest (maybe a few minutes in total) when the camera isn't either trained on the back of someone's head while walking, or when upper bodies aren't strenuously kept out of frame. And it's just so tediously & phonily angst-ridden ('fraid Corbet's performance is part of the problem).

    Indeed.

I sat a row in front of her at Rotterdam last year; was too scared to talk and am now eternally regretful.

She's going to be at the Touki-Bouki screening with Denis.

    This is your chance, Boner.
Giving up in 2020. Who cares.
