    Well, I like neighbors. I like inviting people over and there's a bar around the corner where I always meet them. And we run into each other on the streets and we'd stop to have a conversation. That shit's cool. I just like the fact that when I'm in my home, they can't just fucking come over willy-nilly like they do in rowhouses and suburbs.

    By the way, who else besides Mara lives in the DC area? I'm trying to get rid of my DC Conan tickets. Show's on Monday. It's really fucking good.
