It's... not from the skit. You didn't watch it?

Has anyone ever looked at something they're not familiar with, not get the reference, ask what's supposed to be funny, and suddenly find it funny after hearing the explanation?

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

I had a friend named Sarah in middle school who never understood a joke the first time you told it, so you would have to explain it. Then she would crack up laughing; when it wasn't funny anymore.

    She was also Mennonite.

I'm sure these two things were unrelated.
    ...and the milk's in me.

Never, which is why I remain blissfully ignorant of this funny, but happy for those that got enjoyment from it (as I am too often the only one laughing at other weird references).

Maybe not, but when someone declares something THE BEST, even if I don't get the reference, I do expect to at least be somewhat amused.

This should help. It's a recurring sketch.

There are so many verbal and physical jokes packed into that sketch. It's incredible.

Their Les Mis parody in the latest season was better directed than the movie.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

So the picture is just funny that they took a picture with Liam Neeson after they did a bit talking about how badass he is? Not funny.

They said in Elvis Mitchell's podcast that they conceive their sketches not as short films but as plucked out scenes from a feature. I think it's why their characters always seem so fully fleshed out. My favorite thing about them is how they are truly actors and disappear into the characters, rather than playing up their comic personas like most sketch shows (even Chappelle).

Yeah, the Hogwarts school bit was pretty inspired too. They have a flair for the cinematic stuff.

Netflix no longer has A Town Called Panic. I'm so sad now.
