Yussssss.
I drool for a good western.
It looks like Scorsese is finally making a movie for old white men.
This doesn't sound like a Western, Marty.Quote:

I've read the nonfiction that this is based on and lived for four years 10 miles outside of the Osage Nations in Oklahoma--if it's a typical adaptation, it'll be a mystery tale as US federal agents anchor to the Osage people and work out who appears to be killing them.
The actual tale is bonkers but not a surprise given US history:

Western a la There Will Be Blood methinks.
"We think it's a western" being the key words here.
I'll see it so ok let's go.
Dang
It will still happen. Netflix would surely fund the film.
Apple!
By all accounts he seems to have good working relationship with Netflix, but from the article he has always wanted this film to be a theatrical release rather than on streamer, hence Apple and not Netflix, with the former coming as only financer and creative studio.
Good to see this back.
BREAKING NEWS!
Leonardo DiCaprio replaced by...some guy...
The first time I remember seeing Plemons was in the Irishman in the car with the fish smell. He nailed it.
What's Leo going to do instead???
Looks up IMDB...
There's multiple Martin Scorsese's???
He's a good actor with a good career, but it has to be admitted that he's still nowhere near the star that Leo is; not saying for sure that Plemons won't be as good in the role, just that the film's star power has undeniably been taken down a notch as a result of the move.
