Wife and I rewatched Thor. I haven't seen that in quite some time. Totally forgot Hawkeye was in it.

If that second director 5 second shot even counts....

That was probably the weakest tie in and worst afterthought ever in the MCU.

If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Context. This was like the 3rd or 4th MCU movie. None of this had be done/tried before. It was a neat cameo. Thats all.

I like that Stephen Dorff took time in an interview to say how much he hates Marvel stuff, and that he is "embarassed" for Scarlett Johansson being in these movies.

    Nobody asked you, bro.

Also, pretty sure you owe like 99.9999% of your career to being in a Marvel movie.

    What a tool.
Meg, you seem to get disproportionally upset with celebrity interviews (see also: QT). My advice: go watch some more kickass horror and pay less attention to what random celebrities have to say about stuff

I'm not legit upset by these things. I just figured on a movie forum there'd be other gossip lovers here.

If it's annoying I'll stop commenting on that stuff here.

    Fffffuuuuuu

Hugh Jackman dropping some SERIOUS hints about returning to Wolverine.

Recently posted a picture of the claws, then a picture of him with very Wolverine-like facial hair standing with Kevin Feige.

Maybe he'll be in Doctor Strange 2?

I like him as Logan, but also kind of want to see some new blood.

Same. It will be nice to see him appear in some multiverse along side the other Spider-mans but meh. He's too old at this point to carry on as Wolverine for multiple films so at best this will be a 10 second cameo.

Jackman as Wolverine is up there with Reeve as Superman, RDJ as Iron Man, and Snipes as Blade.

I cannot imagine anyone else in the role.

This would be Wolverine in the third X-Men universe in a way, right?

Absolutely, but based on certain comments I've read from Mangold, I'm afraid that Disney's never going to move forward with a spin-off for her, even though Logan sets her up perfectly for taking up the Wolverine mantle, so it looks like it's going to be another one of the casualties of the Fox merger; c'mon Mouse, would it be that hard to just keep the "20th Century Fox" label around for the R-rated material? I mean, it's sort of like what you did with Marvel Studios in the first place, so what's the problem? I'd love to take a peek into an alternate multi-verse where we did end up getting that spin-off, but alas...

    New 1m Shang-Chi tv spot.

I'm curious if that is really Tony Leung's voice or a dubbing of some kind. He can speak English perfectly well and obv he's an incredible actor, so I'd be shocked if Marvel's like "Let's hire one of the greatest actors of his generation but dub him over cause he's not villainy enough."

Why is that something you're wondering about? Does it not sound like him? I'm not familiar enough with Leung to know by ear that something's off about his voice.

It doesn't sound like his typical manner of speaking English, yeah, so it threw me a bit. It may just be Acting though.

I keep forgetting the sequel is directed by Andy Serkis. So random.

Probably the focus on effects work. Looks seriously dumb-fun to me. Wonder how hard the obviously-gonna-be PG-13 is gonna be.
