Well...it is Thomas Wayne in the Flashpoint story so I expect that. But it won't stay that way. Unless they intend to completely muck up that story.
I think he's saying when they fix everything at the end of the movie. You really don't even need to have Batman in the movie before the paradox starts. And just end the movie with a NEW Batman.
