Agreed. And it may have the best multiplayer on a platformer as far as pre-online days go.

Perfect Dark was the first where you could add mods (sufficient ones at that) and play on your own. Was still a good time.

You know what? I forgot about that. PD could be carried by it's multiplayer alone.

In high school I won both a Goldeneye and PD multiplayer tournament that earned me $100 each. I was a proud gamer :lol:

Why is that good? My Xbox is connected to the same TV I have HBO on....

It's awesome for me, my household has HBO, my xbox is on my tv, and HBO is connected to the TV upstairs which I can't play at night or it will wake up everyone else in the household.

EA and Bioware just annouced an Extended Cut of the game that will bring clarity to the ending. It will be presented in the form of free DLC and released sometime this summer.

Disappointed by the end in the lack of choices you can make. Your writeup is indeed how it should've gone when you take so much time to recruit the effort to go into battle. I don't mind Shepherd's ending, even if it does seem dragged out.

For those who enjoy story and puzzle driven, adult-themed adventure games, and for those of you who are a fan of the Gabriel Knight series back in the glory days of Sierra Online studios, this news is for you: legendary adventure game writer and designer Jane Jensen is starting her own game studio (Pinkerton Road Studio). There's a kickstarter to help fund the first "season" of games.

I like you Duke but that title along with your blog post which is 90% nitpicking is why I really pay no attention to the video game community or message boards. This sort of entitlement is getting out of hand.

Most of the time, on MC, I would probably agree with you. I get worked up over small things that bug the hell out of me; I can admit that. I'd say there are some people here that treat their movies like this too. But I would also say 90% of my blog post is legitimately well thought out. Especially everything up until the "Other Disappointments spoiler warning". The bottom shit I agree I am just being a whiny gamer and wanted some extra room to vent. But everything about the final invasion is what Bioware should have done with ME3.

I think the main difference is that when an ending sucks, most of us would still overall like the movie (example: the way people treat Sunshine), whereas the reaction to ME3 by the majority of the gaming community is on a ridiculous level where they like 2 and 3/4 of the trilogy but because that final 1/4 sucks, they declare the whole thing to be a wash and want the company to be ransacked and buttfucked to oblivion.
