I guess even Coaches flop.
A good result for Liverpool. I liked the "Ball Don't Lie" poetry of Gerrard hitting the post on a penalty kick awarded after Sturridge's hilariously untouched dive.
Yeah, that and the no-call when Carrick swept out his feet in the box a couple minutes later. Pathetic dive by Sturridge.Quoting shaun (view post)
I never get sick of watching Man U lose. Only other team I love to watch lose more is Chelsea.
 Arsenal.
What if Spaceman was still around?
City drops 2 points at home to Sunderland, slips to 3rd even with their game inn hand. Chelsea @ Liverpool could decide the title on the 27th.
I'm rooting fucking HARD for 'Pool. Fuck Chelsea.
Bittersweet.
Hell yeah, go Liverpool on the 27th. That's a game worth waking up early for.
Watched his game-winning goal live. Man do I miss him. Modric as well.
Two seasons ago already feels distant. Happy for both of them, though.Quoting Kurosawa Fan (view post)
Oh, Sunderland! That was GLORIOUS!! Go get it, 'Pool.
Moyes officially relieved of his duties at Man U. Louis van Gaal and Jurgen Klopp are supposedly the early betting favorites to take over according to Sky Bet.
It's Van Gaal's job. No doubt in my mind. He used Spurs as a backup in case Moyes turned things around, but he's been lobbying for that job all along and his history of immediate success is exactly what United needs.
Brutal loss. Now need City to give away points which isn't going to happen with their schedule.
feel pretty bad for gerrard, but seriously fuck suarez forever. i hope he never gets to win the league
That was gut-wrenching. Oh well, at least Chelsea is still likely too far out to win the title, and it's City that will benefit. Small consolation for Reds fans, but it's better than that loss handing either the Blues or Man U another title.Quoting shaun (view post)
Liverpool:
@ Crystal Palace
VS Newcastle
Chelsea:
VS Norwich
@ Cardiff
-Pretty sure they'll beat Atletico Madrid, so they'll also be concentrating on the Champions Final
Man City:
@ Everton
VS. Aston Villa
VS. West Ham United
I can't see Chelsea doing it at all at this point. The extra game from Man City helps give them the title I think. Everton is depleted, and the two teams they're facing are bottom table without risk of relegation at this point.
Not a fan of Chelsea's slow playing to waste time. Ugh... Can't wait for them to be blown out by Real Madrid or Bayern.
And after seeing that game last week, pretty sure Real Madrid has it.
Wow, I was getting notifications, and astounded at what happened.
Anyone see Liverpool's choke? Must be one of the bigger ones I'm seen in all of sports.
Only followed it on GameCast. It's terrible but I'd mentally checked out after the loss to Chelsea. That was the dagger.
This Champions League final has been fantastic.
Congrats, Real.
Apparently Levy included a clause in both Gareth and Luka's transfers that nets Spurs 20 million pounds after the win.
An expected outcome in the most unexpected way.
He should have included an extra clause if Gareth netted the winner. In extra time. After a slightly-above-abysmal performance. :PQuoting ThePlashyBubbler (view post)
Well, now it's World Cup time... It was this point four years ago where I started becoming a big fan of soccer.
