Overall the Jets played very well and I can't be too upset about losing the toughest game on the schedule.
Marshall can't drop that TD and the defense can't give up a 3rd and 17 and expect to win. They took a good shot though.
The Panthers convinced me yesterday that they're a real deal.
It took 6 weeks to determine this?
I wish Brady had Marshall.
I also thought Marshall was really charming on some pre-game analysis show. Can't remember which one. Maybe the HBO one.
Also weird to me that your new coach (I still don't know his name) took the Jets offense from 27th and 28th with Rex to 7th! (all while improving the defense).
Rex really isn't a good coach.
Yes. I had not actually watched them play and figured they were fluke wins. Jonathan Stewart seems like he's ancient, and teams are suspicious if the TE is the best receiver on the team.
But that defense... Kuechly is incredible.
Between the Packers, Cardinals, and Panthers... That's a damn tough conference. Can't say the same for the AFC, in which I'm pretty sure the Patriots will wipe the floor with the Broncos and Bengals.
Todd Bowles was an excellent hire and so was Chan Gailey.
I like Rex but a lot of what he does poorly is already cropping up in Buffalo. The discipline and penalties are killing the Bills and he seems hell bent on molding the talent up there to his standard hybrid 3-4 when they were a dominant 4-3 last year under Jim Schwartz. He cant string together more than 1 win at a time. Players are running to media to air grievances; it's all very hair on fire.
Could be worse. They could be the Cowboys. With that owner and saying things like 'Greg Hardy's behavior is encouraged' is a recipe for disaster. That's a guy in denial.
What do you guys think about going with St Louis this week for survivor. Against San Fran?
or Arizona against the Browns at Browns?

This has been so standard for almost 15 years. How many of the remaining Pats games will the line even be within 7? The only 2 games they might lose are @Broncos and @Jets, maybe @Dolphins in W17 but only because they'll be resting starters after having locked up the 1 seed.
The Jets might have their best season in years, go 12-4, and still have zero chance at the division and a home playoff game. Can we get traded to the AFC South? Someone is going to win that division at like 6-10.
