Well, at least Tampa wasn't as outclassed as Eastern Michigan has been today.
The score is 49-0 at the half.
Over a large enough sample size fumble recovery normalizes to around 50%. The Jets have had some horrific luck with turnovers the past year.

Cool trick play for a touchdown by the Bengals. This is a fun team to watch.
Is it possible that the Pats aren't very good? That Tom Brady has declined enough to drop him out of the top tier? He's been missing easy passes all year thus far.
And Manning does it again. My Fantasy team was lost, anyway.
Incredible drive to tie up game by the Broncos. Eighty yards in forty-ish seconds (no timeouts), finishing with a two-point conversion.

You spoke too soon. He won the week for me with that final drive.Quoting Philip J. Fry (view post)
He's been less efficient but I really think people are underestimating how big a loss Dante Scarnecchia was to their offensive line. Dude was a legend coach and could plug in any random momo that would give Brady 5 seconds to throw. Now he's actually seeing pressure for the first time in a while.Quoting Kurosawa Fan (view post)
The one league I need to win in and Bell is killing the Panthers defense. I might continue blowing up my money league team.

Bell going off helps me in the leagues I have him in. And thanks to him my opponent is going to win. Argh.

Brown goes gangbusters to get me a win!!! Woo-hoo!!!
I haven't seen a Pats game this year but what they have done (or not done) to surround Brady with talent borders on malpractice.

This is a fair point, as is shaun's, but even when he isn't pressured and is throwing to a reliable receiver, he's missing in crucial moments. It happened at Miami on a pass to Edelman with the game on the line, it happened yesterday on an out route when they needed another field goal to put the game out of reach. No one is perfect, of course, but when the game was on the line and Brady needed to come through, historically he's almost always come through. Now he seems to be struggling. I'm just not accustomed to it, I guess.Quoting Benny Profane (view post)
Yeh going from perfect to only winning has been tough to watch this year.
Capris are a thing I guess.
I was hoping you'd jump in and share your perfectly reasonable views on Boston teams and athletes. :PQuoting Dukefrukem (view post)
For the record, I'm not taking shots at him. I'm genuinely curious if others are seeing signs of decline. The Pats are an NFL institution, and seeing them struggle the first three weeks, and seeing Brady look average, is shocking, especially the Brady part. I didn't expect it. Benny and shaun gave insightful responses to my query. I mean, he's 37 years old. That's older than the shelf life of most QBs. It's not beyond reason that he could be on the decline.
Believe me, everyone is talking about our inept offense around here. People are even starting to blame Brady as the crazy chicken who keeps complaining how every guy she dates is an asshole and after a while you begin to realize it's not the guys that's the problem it's the girl.... well why is it that every receiver we bring in ends up being a non-factor?
Edelman and Gronkowski are the only receivers worth a damn. Thompkins, Dobson, and Amendola are basically bottom rung WRs. And so are the HBs.
Calling it malpractice isn't that out of line.
Tom Brady should be in a fit. Amendola is making more this season than he is.
Amendola was a shitty WR pre-New England.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
Thompkins was shitty out of the gate.
Dobson is practice squad worthy.
Brandon Lafell is still in the NFL?
WHO IS MATTHEW SLATER AND HOW HAS HE PLAYED FOR SEVEN SEASONS?
Amendola was not a shitty pre-NE receiver. His knock was that he couldn't stay healthy, but even the likes of Sam Bradford utilized him and made him a Welker-like slot receiver that was capable of catching 80 passes per season. Brady, or the offensive scheme, seems completely uninterested in getting Amendola involved.
Special Teams captain and the fastest player on the Patriots.Quoting Ezee E (view post)
Look, everyone you mentioned has more talent than the 2006 Patriots receiving core where Reche Caldwell led the team with 700 yards receiving and Brady led them to the AFC championship game.
