Thanks Gary Kubiak for ruining my fantasy team and for being a complete moron who has sealed his fate with the Texans.

That might be it for Rexy after getting trashed by the Bills.
At least one really crappy team from the AFC is going to have a shot at the playoffs. Jets are currently the 6th seed. Raiders and Steelers unfathomably just a game back along with the Titans, Browns, Ravens and Chargers.

Bookmarked for future reference.
you must be raging right now duke
agree with the no-call on the pass interference (that was a terrible throw by brady), but a defensive holding call definitely seemed to be in order there
edit: or not? i guess you can't call holding once the ball is in the air?
whatever, it was a great game
I hate to say it, but New England got screwed. That's defensive holding at minimum, but could have legitimately been called PI. You can't just assume that Gronk wouldn't have come back from his route to make a play on that ball.
I'd be livid if I was Duke right now.

Would've been a hell of a 1 YD goal-line play.
I'm not denying it was a bad no call however I think everyone is forgetting that the Patriots' last second comeback TD over the Saints this season was achieved thanks to an o-lineman committing holding.
Anyways I'm just depressed about this weekend. The Packers would have slaughtered the Giants if Rodgers was starting but nope it was Scott Fucking Tolzein trying really way too hard to lead GB to victory when he's not capable of doing so.
Meanwhile the Chiefs played a solid first half and then fell too far behind in the second half. I'm glad they held the Broncos under 30 points but KC badly needs a WR. Knowing that their current GM is from the Packers they will probably get one via the draft in the off season.

They have receivers, Alex Smith just isn't the type to let a WR dominate. He's a great game manager, but if they fall behind, good luck getting back in it.
Eh none of the guys on this team are capable of stepping up at wideout. Also there were several maddening drops that could have led to either TDs or at least sustained drives. Smith is a game manager but he's capable of playing really well and making quality reads. At least Bowe showed up last night, although I wonder if that was only due to him being in trouble recently after getting arrested for smoking da reefer.

Not livid. It is what it is.
It was uncatchable thanks to the INT occurring 5 yards in front of the push, but it's probably still PI. That gets called if the game was in New England.
Great game, though. Impressed with Carolina, which I hadn't expected after they so egregiously fumbled away the Bills game earlier in the season. That front seven of their defense is fantastic, though it'll be interesting to see how they respond if Charles Johnson misses any extensive time.
Detroit's cornerbacks continue to be the death of them. Not sure if that team has any chance to make the playoffs if they keep failing tackling fundamentals.

Not sure how that's not some kind of penalty, but generally the breaks go New England's way, so i'm not going to lose sleep when one goes against them.
Why does everyone say that? The tuck rule was 12 years ago. Did you not watch the final 2 minutes of the 07 super bowl? Breaks go NE way? Let's stop this misconception now please.Quoting Gizmo (view post)
This. Now please, everyone stop talking about it. (Not you guys, the entire sports world)Quoting shaun (view post)
I was more refering to the game winning tackle in the backfield against the Saints this year.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
Duke does have a point about that 07 SB. And Carolina seems to be really good finally. They had an offense now they have the defense to take them to the playoffs.

I turned the TV off after the game, but this is hilarious. I never thought I would ever hear an F-bomb out of Tom's mouth as long as I lived.
