I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Yeah. No food prep areas, just bulk items for sale. Have to buy even more in bulk than a regular Costco. If (when) I buy baby backs, I’ll probably have to buy a pack of four. Focused for businesses, so I’m guessing I won’t see any camping / personal stuff.

I've never seen one with a "business center". But I'm intrigued.

It’s a separate location. We have one in Minneapolis that I’ll be checking out soon.

Supported out favorite restaurant by ordering their Easter take out special. Had to pre order last week and they sold out by Wednesday.

    Deviled Eggs w/ pickled shrimp
    Seven layer salad
    Bourbon glazed ham
    Baked Mac N Cheese
    Scalloped corn w/ savory streussel
    Key Lime Pie (not pictured)

    Food coma is imminent.

Well I’ll be.... With enough Italian seasoning and black pepper, you CAN use breakfast sausage in an Italian dish.

Since it’s not ridiculously hot out right now, think I’ll make a batch of oatmeal bread.

I need to figure out something better for next year for my tomato garden. Despite 5 foot tall chicken fencing, they're still getting in and stealing my tomatoes. Damned squirrels and chipmunks.

We switched to rabbit fencing after Ollie kept forcing his way under the chicken wire. And then we draped the top in bird netting.

We also dumped a pile of cayenne pepper around the chicken wire to stop Ollie. That didn’t work, all he did was lick his chops afterwards. I swear that pup is part billy goat.

Looks like you can also buy enclosed garden fences. I may need to invest in one or two of those next year.

    Yummy.
    Blog!

    And it's happened once again
    I'll turn to a friend
    Someone that understands
And sees through the master plan
    But everybody's gone
And I've been here for too long
To face this on my own
Well, I guess this is growing up

Got a great deal on some nice, huge sirloin steaks. 4 of them for $19.

I'm thinking of grilling all 4 but putting 2 of them away to then do stir-fries with.

Something about stir-fries with beef that has been seasoned and grilled prior is just so...damn...good.

    Making this bread recipe again:

You might want to skip the cinnamon if you plan on making lunch meat sandwiches.

    1 hunk of pork loin.
Rub with salt, course black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne.
    Roast to 135-140
Cook up some peppers and onions (Anaheims from the garden). Toss it all on a plate or in a tortilla and drizzle in crema.

Been up since 4am smoking this beaut over cherrywood to make cubanos for dinner. Hope Scar doesn't mind that I'll be setting some aside to bring Up North for breakfast burritos.

The shit I have to put up with. Picked up a prime rated brisket that will be ground with equal weight of chuck later this week. Smash burgers on the griddle.
