Yay
Nay
I'm absolutely broke until Friday so yesterday just consisted of smoking the weed I spent my last 20 dollars in, cooking what's left of my groceries and watching bad movies on my already paid Netflix and Peacock subscriptions. This is the last one I saw and the best of them all. While I do wish the film wasn't in English (a pet peeve of mine when the characters clearly don't have any reason not to speak in their native language) this is a pretty exciting, hard-boiled adventure. The movie sometimes runs dangerously close to being altogether too bleak due to the harshness of the real-life story but the two core performances make the characters so relatable that despite this being my fourth movie on a row I was 100% engaged. Nice reunion moment for Lannister father and son, too.
