Funny slasher/whodunit send-up that takes a page from Death Proof and spends most of the movie developing its characters. Many will point out who unlikeable they are, but I think in a slasher movie that's not only par the course but even recommended. Not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination but I thought it was well written and staged.
That makes it less likely for me to see it, to be honest with you...Quoting Grouchy (view post)

Begins and ends strong, and its skewering, mean-streak satire sensibility is perceptive and delectable. I just find the middle stretch where it has to go into the drawing room mystery mode really flabby and exhausting, kept afloat by the strong ensemble cast.
