Rewatch since it was leaving Thai Netflix. Upgraded score from 7.5 to 8 because knowing the full story beforehand now makes me appreciate the tonal and plotting balance act Baker pulls off here even more, by keeping the focus on Mikey's peculiar "charm" that enables him to hustle through life, while still accumulating details on the people whom he misuses. The film simultaneously has us in the midst of Mikey's adventure with him mentally, while also shows on the margins how his narcissism and condescension antagonize many he come into contact with to group up together against him by the end. Still contains some of the sharpest, nerviest satiric film moments in recent years. 8/10
