Oh damn, I forgot to add the poll.

Mostly a bland melodrama with some unnecessarily preachy moments, but I guess Kidman and Bardem are worth watching together spouting typical Sorkin dialogue. TV movie is a TV movie.

I can't believe a writer of Sorkin's stature/acclaim comes up with and then put in that structure of fake present-day interviews, reiterating what has just happened or is about to happen. It makes the "Oh, that's a sign of a poorly written screenplay" line almost plays like a meta-joke. The rest aims for screwball but ends up pretty screechy instead too. Still watchable due to scattered prime Sorkin bits, with the cast all seem to be having fun sinking into them, although the make-up they put on Kidman has her often look distracting in a lot of angles. 5.5/10
    Midnight Run (1988) - 9
    The Smiling Lieutenant (1931) - 8.5
    The Adventures of Robinhood (1938) - 8
    Sisters (1973) - 6.5
    Shin Godzilla (2016) - 7.5
