    Nightmare Alley (Guillermo Del Toro)

Having just watched the original, this looks very faithful to it, but obviously in a grandiose 2021 budget. Which isn't a bad thing. Quite excited for it now, moreso than before.

Looks pretty, with a good cast. I've never loved a Del Toro movie and seriously doubt this will be the first.

to me, he's the neil gaiman of cinema --- big ideas and great visuals tickle the imagination, but his beat for beat storytelling is weak

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

Still waiting for At the Mountains of Madness....

This looks great with a top-notch cast! I love the original but don't mind a remake.
