I was pleasantly surprised by this. Charming little kids movie with surprisingly good animation and a classic/modern musical feel that has become Miranda's calling card. He definitely has a style-- not sure if singular or repetitive. Either way, it's still working for him. Good movie. ***.5/*****

Yes, it's very good. It does have charm, it's funny, without being cringy or lazy, it has heart and the songs are great. I really dug this.
