    Film Compatibility Test: Nominations

You know how Mia Wallace in Pulp Fiction claims that there are only two types of people, those who like Elvis or those who like The Beatles? Well, I wanted to take that idea and use it to test film compatibility for the people on this site.

What I want is to make a list of "X vs Y" comparisons, then set up a Google Survey and get you all to answer it and then figure out whose tastes are most similar to each other.

I was going to make the list myself, but I thought I'd get your ideas and use them in instead. We want to have pairs that are connected somehow and that are equally likely to have defenders on both sides. I was thinking things like:

    Star Wars vs. Marvel
    John Carpenter vs. Wes Craven
    Gremlins vs. Gremlins 2
    Bette Davis vs. Jean Crawford
Die Hard series vs Lethal Weapon series

    etc.

Give me enough ideas, and I'll make it happen!

    Neither sticks out
    I enjoy both.
Haven't seen enough to make a preference
    Die Hard, easily.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

If we're gonna do samurai vs cowboys, we NEED to do ninjas vs pirates.

Co-signed. This was the first one I thought of. Do you prefer the Alien franchise horror aspects or action/war film aspects.
