    It's just so weird for me to see a large studio try to attract audiences in another country by serving a Hollywoodized version of their own culture (both historical and cinematic) back at them. It would be like the Chinese film industry trying to gain a foothold in America by remaking The Last of the Mohicans with a Chinese-speaking cast but pilfering iconography from Westerns.
