I honestly don't have that much about this film, other that it perfectly captures the dark and gritty atmosphere that is often lost on stories by the Brothers Grimm, owing it to a simplicity in storytelling that makes it feel more universal and specially, to a gorgeously rendered impressionistic art style, that captures the mood and feel of the Grimm well.
