There's so many movies that have those prop laughing teeth that it's hard to figure out the intention. A Christmas Story, Batman come to mind right away.

Only thing I can think of for taxi door is the Captain America star taxi door he uses in first movie. Except we never see the interior of it, really, and that would be a stretch alongside Raiders idol and Fifth Element bar.

64 is just a standard garden gnome. Could be lots of movies.

Nah Taxi Door is too pronounced to not be included in the movie It's represented by #7. And yes the necklace is un-numbered. It would be #66 if i reuploaded the image.

Okay, this has GOT to be a movie where someone uses these teeth at the end of a slinky as a kind of grappling hook. I can visualize the teeth "biting" into a surface that someone is hanging/swinging from, but I just can't place it. Obviously a silly movie. I don't think it's Batman 'cause I just watched the ending scene.
