Felt very much like a Marvel movie. It's fast-paced, entertaining, has some nice action scenes (in particular the opening, an extended fight/chase very nicely choreographed), and uses a lot of superhero tropes (even a Batman-styled rooftop interrogation), but it feels, at times more concerned with setting up future villains and alliances, and the villain feels like a walking mad-scientist cliche. On the other hand... ninjas!!!

It could very well set a very entertaining anime show, I don't know.
