F is for Family, S1 is for the most part okay. The humor is hit and miss, and while crude, it doesn't seem lazy and getz better as time goes by. The best things this show has so far, is that it doesn't shy from showing consequences and that it has heart.

Man, those final three seasons of F is for Family put me through the fucking wall. Loved specially when the show was just going full dramedy and most important, the huge refusal to even have a status quo, unless you mean everything being fucked as that.

As someone who's only familiarity with Star Trek are the JJ movies, it looks like fun. Reminds me of Final Space.
