I don't know Phil, I think you're letting your personal biases color your opinion on this a bit too much. I mean, I do agree The Simpsons & Futurama were both much better shows in their primes than Family Guy ever was (and the latter even ended with some gas still left in its tank during the Comedy Central era), but "Simpsorama" was still a total snore/cricket-fest, especially as far as any actual laughs went. At least "The Simpsons Guy" managed to live up to its low expectations with some moments that were humorous in a guilty pleasure sort of way, like this: https://youtu.be/ZIfcUjDEzZg

I didn't find that moment funny. Honestly none of those two episodes was funny, like at all, however Simpsorama at least had some semblance of heart while Simpson Guy was just, like FG in general, mean spirited and at times offensive. It even felt as if The Simpsons were suffering some sort of character assassination.
