I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

I was hoping for more insanity. Let's hope the good stuff is in the film.

What, are you serious? A massively successful TV show? Two #1 hit movies?

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

I think I watched the high-five bit back six or seven times last night. I can't imagine anyone I know (young or old, brief acquaintances to family) won't be at least a little curious to see this, as ashamed as they may be with themselves afterwards.

3D has found its comeback for the year.
Last 11 things I really enjoyed:

    Speed Racer (Wachowski/Wachowski, 2008)
    Safe (Haynes, 1995)
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (Parker, 1999)
    Beastie Boys Story (Jonze, 2020)
    Bad Trip (Sakurai, 2020)
    What's Up Doc? (Bogdanovich, 1972)
    Diva (Beineix, 1981)
    Delicatessen (Caro/Jeunet, 1991)
    The Hunger (Scott, 1983)
    Pineapple Express (Green, 2008)
    Chungking Express (Wong, 1994)

I'm definitely seeing this one. I've always had a soft spot for Jackass, Viva la Bam, etc.

Yeah, for real. If you've seen any of their TV shows, you'd know these guys are massively rich because of the dumb shit they do.

You're right, my bad. I honestly haven't thought about Jackass since I last saw the first movie, and that was four years ago.

The first movie was merely decent, but the sequel was awesome. This looks hilarious-I can't wait.

You know, the 3D bits at the beginning and end are actually some of the better 3D scenes I've seen in general.

Especially at the end. Really felt like the things were coming at me. Otherwise it didn't need to be seen in 3D.

So apparently a movie isn't Real 3D unless the background is as clear as the foreground. Gotcha.

    Biggest October opening weekend ever.

The film itself is exactly what you'd "hope" it to be, though in my opinion, it's a little less entertaining than Number Two. But between the facts that it merely exists, that it's as shamelessly (but not offensively) stupid as it is, and that it's the biggest box office opening this year since Inception; it may very well exemplify itself as a (the?) defining film of this generation.*

*Though, it helps if you classify this as "the dick and fart joke generation"

    RIP Ryan Dunn.

Killed in a car accident this morning. Someone else died in the car too. He looks to have been drunk based on the photo he tweeted a few hours before.

I just hate that Jackass Vol 2 derailed everything that Volume 1 had set up, trying to do its own thing.
