I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

First two episodes are kind of blah. Lots of backstory and flashbacks. The fight scene in the 2nd episode is the tits though. And cool to hear Peter Stormare in this.

Watched second season thru its nominal climax (penultimate episode) in terms of action. Holy shit this is amazing. The level of care with characterization and emotional depth is so lovely here. The action is sparse but insanely propulsive and fulfilling when it does show up, especially in the climax. All tied together with gorgeous visuals and lines and colors and music. Some of the dialogue is a little on the wonky side, while other pieces land well. Looking forward to the final episode and the next season, but even thus far this is a rare and beautiful success. They actually gave a shit about the story and lore, the heart of loss and regret and the great well of sadness.
