League A's so far behind, League B's not even bothering to tag their league in their posts anymore.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

I actually just wanted to get my pick made before going to bed that I didn't even think about that.

I may regret it later. Looking back though, the Predator movies haven't really done crazy well at the box office. The September release date worries me, and I read something about them doing reshoots because audiences weren't enjoying it. So all that had me concerned.

2018 doesn't look to be a great year overall for Hollywood. We would need the indie area to drive quality this year.

Here's hoping there's even an indie scene after this year, what with LionsGate open to consolidation, Sony selling its film assets and Comcast getting into the Fox-Disney deal and possibly coming out of it with Searchlight.

Now that it's been selected by both leagues, can someone explain to me why Deadpool 2 fell so far?

Reports of low scoring screenings and planned reshoots. Could get delayed.

Also, I would be surprised if it does the exact opposite of how the first movie performed.

Getting delayed shouldn't be a big deal though, right? You'd just take the round average and probably be at $200 or super close to it anyway. I guess I'm surprised people have more faith in Ant Man.

I'd guess thats because Ant Man is still from The Marvel while Fox moved on from the director that made a risky property a smash.

Edit: That being said, you're right, taking D2 early if it did move that could be a safe round average bet.

The September release date worried me for It: Chapter One. So if The Nun ends up being a hit, it won't upset me if it compromises The Predator.

Plus, assuming it doesn't get delayed, it has far steeper competition compared to what the first one was going against. Avengers will still be going fairly strong probably, and Solo is right around the same time, too.

Will take a gamble on Hook with Winnie the Pooh. Seems a bit missed up since Christopher Robin is a real person.

I'm at the stage now where it is like "Damned if I know." Let's go for some extremely well-received horror that will probably alienate audiences.
