I feel like they've barely scratched the surface of this universe.
I kinda like that tho, in a way

Those creatures are somewhat of a sci-fi staple, though. I've seen them, or something very close to them, in most major sf franchises. Still lovely.

Anyone seeing s3? Halfway through, will be deeply sad when it's done. I mean, it's not flawless like how in episode 1 they're suddenly skilled mountaineers, but production design and fx are, once again, top notch. I buy this universe.

Finished it yesterday. Having to wrap up in S3 definitely hurt the second half of the season as it feels rushed (even as previous seasons often dragged on a lot of the time) but I dug the universe, and most things got wrapped up in a way that feels satisfying. I wish we could get more shows like this, even with the large cost involved, that weren't bogged down with previous versions. I feel like it would have been much stronger it it WASN'T a remake and could ultimately go wherever it wanted.

Episode 5 was pretty middling. [

Will stuck on a branch forever trying to grab a backpack that really didn't seem so out of reach? Only for robot to come in and save the day so to speak.

This one might be the series low point.

It's exactly what I talked about, they need to have an emergency ALL THE TIME because Robot needs to yell "Danger, Will Robinson" and the family has to get together to solve it. If the show was trusted with more substantial longer arcs and less of the danger-of-the-week it could have been so much more.

I watched part of episode one and I stopped. Not because I thought it was bad, but because I want to savor this season.

Good ending. Choked up a bit realizing it's all over. But who knows for sure.
