    Rox had Murphy for two games before he broke his finger. Seeing him in person, he looked a bit overweight and exhausted to begin with, so looks to be a pretty bad pickup. Their hitting in Miami has traditionally been terrible, so splitting the series is fine. Rox haven't won a series in Miami since 2013... Pathetic.

    That stadium too. It's super nice and clean, but good god, what terrible fans. Second game of the year, and 8k show up.

    Gotta love seeing the Cubs get beat in Denver.

    Denver has so many Chicago transplants, it's unreal. The stadium is close to 50/50, and Cubs fans are maybe the most obnoxious fan base in Denver. Seeing a Desmond 488 ft bomb, and then Schwarber on a no-look strikeout is as pleasing as it could get in the regular season.

    Hmm....

    Most obnoxious fan bases in Colorado:
    -Chicago Cubs
    -Oakland Raiders
    -Los Angeles Dodgers
    -New England Patriots
    -Pittsburgh Steelers

    The Red Sox don't come here enough, and despite being close, there's just not many Chiefs fans in Colorado. But the Cubs are on a whole different tier before Raiders/Dodgers/Patriots.

    Using my 19k post to say that for every good Cubs fan, there are several who are bad. 2016 probably made things worse, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.

    Also hoping that Craig Kimbrel helps fix some of the pen issues. The team turned things around regardless, but when they lose it's usually because the pen blows it. Also Yu is still kind of bad, although his previous outings before tonight were solid.

    Also keep in mind I am that rare sane Cubs fan. The ones who think Russell should be defended just because he is on the team, for example, are the ones you should avoid or be wary of. That said, Brewers fans have really become annoying lately.

    This is so weird. The Twins, who just a few years ago lost 103 games in a single season, just broke the all-time MLB record for fastest to get 200 homers by a team in a season by over two weeks and are still 2 games on top of the AL Central. Insanity!
