    Sorry.

Always forget that Kraft Mac & Cheese is just called Kraft Dinner (KD) in Canada.

You monster. I hate that shit...because as a kid my sister used to mix it with applesauce and stir it all around making a noise so horrific I would almost barf.

I can do homemade macncheese though.

In grade 3 there was a kid in my class who would bring KD for lunch at least once a week.

But his mom didn't drain the water. So it was a big Tupperware container of cheese water with swollen noodles, which he ate cold.

With the exception of being very poor and unable to afford a strainer, I call this child abuse.

Our Mac n cheese growing up was a hunk of Velveeta and a box of macaroni or shells pasta. I didn’t have Kraft until I was a late teen.

Everyone likes velveeta. Well everyone that grew up poor, me thinks. We felt rich because it was a step above government cheese.

My mom used to make some killer dishes with it. Adding it to cheese sauces to thicken them up, so good.

Grew up frugal. I had poor friends, and friends whose parents spent every last dime and then some. We are very fortunate these days.

My Dad grew up dirt poor and my Mom grew up working on a farm. They stretched a dime, but still took us up north every summer for a couple weeks.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

We’ve got a ton of the chickpea pasta in our stock pile.

And a few CrackerBarrel Mac n Cheese.... If I see that chickpea Mac n cheese, I’ll definitely grab a few boxes. Healthy-ish Mac n cheese is worth a shot. Or at least protein bomb Mac N Cheese.

I've never had chickpea pasta. Had lots of spinach noodles, which I really like.

Does chickpea pasta have much of a different flavor/ texture?

Guys. Chickpea might be better on the regular than normal pasta. Try it asap.

Not sure I've ever noticed it here. I'm sure we have it, but I don't think it has really caught on.

My father is celiac, so it was just more obvious for our family. But awareness has exploded here in the last 10 years.

In case someone thought otherwise, Marilyn Manson is a bad, bad man. Unfortunately, many were convinced otherwise, or even enabled him by supporting him over the years.

Kudos to the women who came forward with their stories after keeping them bundled up for many a years. That's evidence of how someone with fame, popularity could forever screw someone up.
