Would be very silly to see him back as Grindelwald, anyway (I mean why would he use Farrell's appearance again?).
I wouldn't mind seeing Farrell return as the real Percival Graves, though.

Collin Farrell is one of those actors like DiCaprio and, well, Pattinson, who were nigh insufferable in their early careers, but as they got away from their young pretty boy images it became apparent they were among the best of their generation.
"All right, that's too hot. Anything we can do about that heat?"
"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
That would be a much better casting than Depp's.

Yeah, in seconds, I went from having no interest in this franchise whatsoever to being there opening night.

Mads could be on camera reading a phone book and I'd buy the Criterion.

"Rick...it's a flamethrower."
He just looks the part and honestly doesn't need the goofy heterochromia nor the spiky hair/mustache convo.

Mads has enormous presence and watchability as an actor, but I have to be honest: he's basically given the same performance in every movie I've seen of his. They all kinda have a similar texture and tone. He's excellent at it, but it's all rather samey.
Anyway, I'd be happy to see him in this movie lol.
