Olyphant. Good call for an actor, but older.
I think Kristen is just a good actress, so I picture her doing dialog well, even if she hasn't been given a good comedic role.
Weird that most guy actors are all kind of one-note off the top of my head.

I can Olyphant being great in a QT flick. Not a Stewart fan either, though she not really a bad actor, I just don't see her right for QT material. I could be wrong though, hell, how many times has Quentin proved an unexpected casting to be dead right?
Saoirse Ronan would kill it in a Tarantino role.

Seriously. Emilia Clarke or Carey Mulligan, too.Quoting DavidSeven (view post)
Also, it seems like too "prestige" for QT, but Michelle Williams.
Based on Clarke's performances outside of GoT that is unlikely.
Yeah but QT can get performances out of people. I think she'd be great.Quoting Dukefrukem (view post)
Clarke, even on GoT, is anything but solid on her dialog IMO.
Headley, Dinklage, and Maisie though...
Dinklage is an odd combination of great line readings with poor accent work.

Damien Lewis as McQueen is perfect casting.
Clifton Collins doing Tarantino dialog will be a treat.
Damn. This movie.
None creates anticipation like QT, both inside his films and in the time before their release.
Al Pacino, too.
It gets more and more star-studded by the hour.

This is starting to sound like one of those over-crowded Woody Allen smorgasbords from the 1990s (Everyone Says I Love You, Deconstructing Harry, Celebrity) where a slew of famous faces pop-in for brief, underwritten cameos intended to momentarily enliven a film that has no purpose. Remember Madonna's scenes in Shadows and Fog? Neither do I.

Didn't Hirsch like choke a woman out somewhat recently?
"How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home wine-making course and forgot how to drive?"
--Homer
He'd have been arrested if that were so. I read some quote about it somewhere, but nothing beyond that.Quoting Wryan (view post)
"On February 12, 2015, Hirsch was charged with aggravated assault after initiating an altercation with and then strangling Paramount Pictures executive Daniele Bernfeld on January 25, 2015 at the Tao Nightclub in Park City, Utah.[16][17] On August 17, 2015, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault, and was sentenced to 15 days in jail. He was also fined $4,750, received 90 days of probation, and ordered to undergo 50 hours of community service."Quoting Ezee E (view post)
Mmm, seems like it was serious, tho the penalty feels light.
