Remember, however bad your day might be going, chances are Sean Spicer's day is going worse.

It's really amazing that a job exists where you can go in front of national media, representing your boss, downplay the Holocaust, and not get fired.

I think the key is being male. Conway had to take a breather after "alternative facts" and kneeling on a couch.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

There is a lot to process here, so forgive me if this isn't the most important critique that can be made of this photo.

But, seriously, what is Sarah Palin wearing? She woke up and said, yeah, this is what I'm wearing to the White House.

Wasn't able to make it to the LA chapter of the Science March today, so went to my first town hall instead, and boy oh boy is that not necessary to ever do again. Questions from the audience were alternately masturbatory, platitudinous, and rabble-rousing, few of which contained anything worth addressing (and the few that did would've been just as well handled with a call to the congressman's office). Also, saw a guy in the corner continually speaking over people - would you guess he had a MAGA hat, a Trump T-shirt, and was draped in a MAGA flag that billowed behind him like the cape of some sort of super idiot.

The congressman - Brad Sherman - handled the questions fairly well, being more outspoken on some and being able to point to concrete actions (or at least bill sponsorships and the like). And when he didn't have the crowd in his pocket, his political calculus made sense, e.g. some people were demanding with volume and vigor that now is the time for single-payer / Medicare for all, and he patiently explained that the Dems don't currently have the political capital to do that, so he'd rather spend his energy defending the ACA and maybe pushing for the original public option.

Anyway, useful to go, but would've rather marched, maybe find me one of them science babes.

He said "Congratulations" to a purple heart recipient this weekend. Not a good idea Trump.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

  16. #91
Does that actually bother anyone who doesn't already dislike Trump? I understand why we all think it should, but does it?

lol of course not. This Purple Heart gaffe happened during the election and it did absolutely nothing.

A military veteran supporting Donald Trump gifted the Republican nominee his Purple Heart Tuesday, prompting Trump to say he "always wanted to get the Purple Heart" and this was "much easier" than serving in combat.
Everyone promptly forgot about it and moved on. This new gaffe is much tamer, so why would it?

Is this the family that now lives in your house after the Purge?
