Been long rumored. Hope it's true. Will be cause for a minor celebration this evening.

Even if it's true, I don't think it's going to change anything. Trump knows his base likes tough talk on Islamist terrorists, North Korea, and liberal activists (neo-Nazis not so much), so he's going to continue saying stupid things on Twitter to bait liberals, thereby solidifying whatever support he has left (approximately a third of the American people--not an insignificant number). After all, it's not like he's passed any legislation that's actually going to help the working class; his trolling liberal elites on Twitter is the only thing keeping his supporters from defecting.
    Just because...

Without Bannon, Trump could lose the Mercers' support and financing.

Also, I'll just be happy to see that fascist sack of shit out of the White House. That alone is cause for minor celebration.

Can't stop tearing up whenever I see speeches or quotes from Heather Heyer's parents. Really can't imagine that kind of articulate and heartfelt strength they possess in the midst of tragedy (and also, ugh, death threats they have been receiving). Wonderful people.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

Heh. Definitely didn't notice this the first time I read it. Check out the first letter of each paragraph.

I don't think Trump really has an ethos. The dude is a puppet of whoever wants the job of pulling the strings.

He probably has dementia as well.

If the Mercers still have control, Bannon will still be a threat to our safety.

I was thinking about this yesterday. It really seems like one of those pranks they pull on the Ellen show where they have an actor go out and interact with people except Ellen is feeding them lines through an earpiece. Except it's Putin and not Ellen.

Please, D, he could not have been clearer on the subject of who was the puppet and who was in fact not the puppet.

That's right, how could I forget? And if there is one thing Trump has proven, it's that he is a man of his word.

The anti-right wing protesters in Boston impressed the hell out of me today. I thought things were going to get ugly. Happily surprised to have underestimated my fellow human.

    Goddamit, Onion.

Your dedication to portraying Bannon as insectoid and inhuman throughout this whole farrago has been one of the few shining lights. Thank you.

LOL, Boston scared the shit out of them.

ACT for America is canceling its America First Rallies, previously scheduled for Saturday, September 9, “out of an abundance of caution” due “to the recent violence in America and in Europe.” The national security organization will instead replace the 67 rallies organized across 36 states with an online “Day of ACTion.”

In a press release, exclusively given to Breitbart News, event organizers say the reason for making the difficult decision “is to contribute to the de-escalation of rising tension and violence in America while pursuing the organization’s goal of a safe and secure America.”

"ACT for America is deeply saddened that in today’s divisive climate, citizens cannot peacefully express their opinion without risk of physical harm from terror groups domestic and international.

In recent weeks, extremist and radical organizations in the United States and abroad have overrun peaceful events in order to advance their own agendas, and in many cases, violence has been the result. Given the security issues of organizing public events, the responsible decision is to deny this opportunity to Neo-Nazis, Antifa, the KKK, and ISIS inspired individuals and groups. ACT for America’s membership is patriotic citizens whose only goal is to celebrate America’s values and peacefully express their views regarding national security."
    Protests are great.
