    Ah right.

    I don't think it's avoidable. They talked about the use of that phrase on NPR and the podcasts I listen to, and I've seen it in print. TV news is the same news as everywhere else, just with 45 minutes of unnecessary arguing tacked on to each story.

    I haven't had a full night's sleep since November, I'm so filled with rage it's scary, and I'm not sure how much longer I can stay focused without breaking.

    But other than that, things are good.

    Hit the gym 3-4 times a week.
    Buy a couple of shot guns and hit the range a few times.

    Need to be ready for Civil War / Revolution II.

    Hah! I did the polar opposite. Finally started donating to charities and currently attending a climate group (Climate Change Lobby). They're okay (hearts in the right place), but it's funny how fractious 25 old hippies in cargo shorts can be.

    My roommate has three guns, so maybe we can join your roving band when the pockyclipse kicks in.
