    John Wick: Chapter 2 - In Theaters February 10, 2017. Starring Keanu Reeves, Common, Riccardo Scamarcio, Laurence Fishburne, Ruby Rose, Bridget Moynahan, Lance Reddick, Franco Nero, with John Leguizamo, and Ian McShane

    In this next chapter following the 2014 hit, legendary hitman John Wick [Keanu Reeves] is forced back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins' guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.

    Wow. Is that real footage from inside the Vatican? Pretty sure they've never allowed that before.

    I guess I was fooled. After the overhead shot of the Vatican, the next shot I assumed was St. Peter's Basilica.

    That's a war memorial elsewhere in Rome, pretty sure. I've definitely been to it. Though easy mistake to make. A lot of European architecture looks similar.


    It would be very funny if the movie that the Vatican finally relented to was John Wick 2.

    So I watched JW again last night (still really good) and realized today that Chad Stahelski was returning to direct Chapter 2. So I may go see this, this weekend.

    I just hope he doesn't go too overboard with it.
