Mild yay. It's a good companion to Gibney's The Armstrong Lie because it dramatizes some of the scenes and streamlines some of the confusing stuff about how the doping actually went on. But ultimately this movie is too bullet point-y and never establishes a narrative rhythm. Hard to do that when taking nearly twenty years of story cramming it into 100 minutes. Foster is really good in this, avoiding doing a caricature or impression of Armstrong. Jesse Plemmons is really good too.
