Anyone seen this trailer yet? The Killing Jar. Harold Perrineau, Danny Trejo, Amber Benson, & Michael Madsen in one strange film.
I can't hear it at work, but it looks kind of interesting. Good to see Amber Benson getting work.
    ...and the milk's in me.

    Agreed.

I want to know why most of my friends love the first one so much. Granted, I haven't seen it, but its 10% Tomatometer has to speak for itself, right?

    I like it.

I think I'm the only one on this forum who does.

Wow. Happy Feet 2 is farther along than I'd thought. Voicing sessions are already being mounted, and Williams goes to Australia to record his two characters in January.

Still, I'm a-wondering, where could they be going with this?
    Robin Williams now says:

Next up is the farcical comedy Old Dogs, and soon Williams heads to Australia to voice Happy Feet 2. "Yeah, that's going and George wrote it, and it's really kind of interesting. There are some really nice twists to it."
Just namedrop the site, dude. It's cool.

I wonder if they're going to have more talks about how what they do only happen in movies and TV and shouldn't work since they're real life people—because that kind of dialogue is so fucking clever, man.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

    Woah, sarcasm overload!

And this reminds me that I still want to check out Overnight. Apparently Troy Duffy is an egotistical asshole.

Disney/Lasseter announced a bunch of big news today.

First an official plot to Toy Story 3:

The clip showed Andy packing from college, and emptying all his toys into a black bin bag for storage in the attic. He hesitates over Woody and Buzz, finally putting Woody in the box of things to take for college. But all the toys are panicked - especially Woody, who's worried for his friends. When Andy is distracted by his little sister and leaves the garbage bag on the landing instead of upstairs in the attic, his mother takes it out to the kerb - and a frantic Woody has to save his friends from a rapidly approaching bin lorry.
Cars 2 is being turned into a 'Hitchcockian' thriller with Mater being the lead star (WTF)

Lasseter and Co. is making a new theatrical Winnie the Pooh film for 2011 and that will be more adult-friendly (uh, want).
    Sure why not?

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI (Rian Johnson) - 9
STRONGER (David Gordon Green) - 6
THE DISASTER ARTIST (James Franco) - 7
THE FLORIDA PROJECT (Sean Baker) - 9
LADY BIRD (Greta Gerwig) - 8

Not apparently. I have never wished failure upon a person as much as I wished it upon Duffy after watching him fuck over all his friends and family while trying to make his piece of crap movie.

Until reviews come out saying how it's a great ode to Hitchcock, and then everyone will see it. Mater or not.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

    Hancock 2 info;

Berg disclosed the news at the Toronto Film Festival where he said, "Everybody's going to come back for a sequel."
    [EDIT]
While plot details are being kept under wraps, Berg has said Smith and Theron will once again play immortal gods, who lose their powers when in each other's presence. The two must pair up to deal with a third entity. The actioner is expected to explore the 3,000-year-old world they're from, which was only hinted at in the first film.
This sounds dumb. The whole point of the first film was Hancock was an ass hole. Now they're gonna team up??

Herzog was the voice of a plastic bag in a short I just saw. Probably the sole reason why it worked.
