I'm trying not to binge, I really would like to stretch this season out a bit, but I'm pretty sure I'll have it done within the week, if that. So far, it's on-par with the first season, if not a bit more confident in its execution.

I finished it last night, and yeah, it's great. Consistently on the same level as the back half of Season 1. I'm amazed that it manages to find a way to go to an even darker place than the the first while maintaining the same assured tone.
You could hear a pin drop in my apartment after [].
The cameos got bigger and bigger and really fun. I almost choked myself laughing at the [] ringtone. And then they immediately dropped a wallop of heartwarming conversation to follow that. This show is incredible.

Eight episodes down. Alan Arkin is killing it.

I finished the 2nd season this weekend. I would say it follows the first season's quality arc pretty much to the number, except it started at a better quality and just improved from there. I'm still floored at how this show can do such absurd things, yet still remain grounded enough to make me care about A MAN WITH A HORSE'S HEAD.
Edit: I spoilered my vague spoilers.

Four episodes in, highlight so far may have been the anime bee poses.
Kudrow is doing a hell of a job so far.
I didn't realize Brie voiced Vincent.
Finished.
I'm willing to call this best sitcom (if that's even the right word) in the last decade.
Love how they give certain storylines a resolution, but don't let the characters off the hook.
Fucking amazing and I wish it had a slightly higher profile. I haven't seen anyone really talking about this outside Match Cut (granted, I haven't really looked either).
Really good interview with Raphael Bob-Waksberg about his thought process on S2 and his plans for S3.

The chicken episode is so weird and amazing and weird, and I paused to get out my laughter twice, the first time when Todd covered for Becca by coming up with stuff like "book Beck," and when Meow Meow Fuzzyface realized his error (thanks to some aggressive Los Angeles freeway talk). And the stuff at the police station was a riot.
Basically, I'm ready for the spinoff procedural starring Meow Meow Fuzzyface.
