Oh, for some reason I read that as a response to hearing the song for the first time. I didn't realize the rep was just for my liking the song.Quoting Boner M (view post)

Yeah, that one's great too, especially "Cichli". Everything from their mid-period is gold in my eyes.Quoting Rowland (view post)
Baby Its You-Smith. The Death Proof soundtrack rocks hardcore. I think its one of the best soundtracks QT has assembled actually out of all of his films. I haven't listened to the soundtracks for the Kill Bill films yet though.

Low-Coldplay. One of the best tracks off of an album that failed to live up to the greatness that was A Rush of Blood to the Head.

I didn't like her at first, but she has really grown on me over the past few months.
When I first listened to the album two years ago, this was actually one of my least favourite tracks. But more recently I've found myself going to listen to this every once in a while (maybe because my play-count for it is that much lower than some of the others). I still find X&Y to be a ridiculously re-playable album as it has so many amazing hooks in every song and more polished in its production than AROBTTH, but I'd still say Rush Of Blood is their best.Quoting MadMan (view post)
Great song. Hopefully this is the track for him to finally hit it big and be recognized in the mainstream because as much as it's one of the best hip-hop songs of the year, it's easily one of the best pop ones there will be by year's end too.Quoting Saya (view post)
But anyway, listening to:
"Rise" and "No Ceiling" by Eddie Vedder

Levon Helm - "The Mountain"
Pretty awesome to hear his voice again. I haven't heard anything of his since The Band.
Wishful thinking, perhaps; but that is just another possible definition of the featherless biped.

I haven't heard this, but I do have Maarifa Street, and I like it quite a bit. Kind of a mix between Bill Laswell and Miles Davis.Quoting Rowland (view post)
It's from the album Fourth World, Vol. 1: Possible Musics, a collaboration with Brian Eno. It's an interesting work, I recommend it.Quoting Daniel Davis (view post)
