How's the album compare to Teenage Dream?
Nothing tops "Hot & Cold", otherwise they've got Perry beat in every department except two.

Yeah, what Boner said. "Myth" and "Lazuli" are the highlights and the rest are all really good, but it's just not quite as great as Teen Dream. And while Alex has a great voice, the decision to mostly keep Victoria's vocals on the sideline is one I don't quite get.

The new Mount Eerie is just disgustingly awesome.
    Love it. I'm pumped.

My #1 album of 2010 - will probably end up on my top list of all time.
Okay, who are these guys? This song is uber-catchy, and searches on either Magic Man or Polygons yield no results.
Losing is like fertilizer: it stinks for a while, then you get used to it. (Tony, Hibbing)

Thanks for this. The groove and the energy - of both the song and the band - is irresistible.

Sure thing! Glad you like it. The album is super awesome. When I put them on my top 10 for 2010, I expected more Match-cutters to get into them. They seem like a band a lot of people here would like.

They were number four on my top ten list from 2010. I've since introduced my girlfriend and a friend to them. My friend liked it so much he paid for the (free) album.

    The Red Shoes (Powell, 1948)
    Manhattan Murder Mystery (Allen, 1993)
    Spring Breakers (Korine, 2012)
    Sydney (Anderson, 1996)
El ángel exterminador (Luis Buñuel, 1963)

Sure thing. My buddy Christ pointed them out to me. He's really into the new psyche stuff, and I like this one.

Totally has a '90s feel to it, especially the track "Omamori." I really like it.
