I really liked the Top 6. The others I enjoyed, but didn't love. There are still a lot of films out there that I hope to see, but didn't due to being out of the country a good bit and having a really tight work schedule.

I work in grocery. I have not gotten sick. My fellow employees have not gotten sick. If the virus were even remotely as contagious as its being presented as, why haven’t entire store staffs who come into contact with hundreds of people per day, thousands per week, all falling ill in mass nationwide?

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

Been a long time since I updated, though not much changed. Just shuffled a bit. I plan on doing some 2014 catch-up (and maybe even a bit of rewatching) soon so we'll see what happens. I'm still missing quite a bit (and the Anderson in particular needs a second look) so this could change radically.
Giving up in 2020. Who cares.

I feel bad that I've pretty much disconnected from the forum in the last year. Then again, 2014 was a pretty transformative year for me. I finally started taking care of myself because I was getting worried about where my lifestyle was taking me. I started going to the gym, started counting calories and dropped nearly 50 pounds. I got a social life and so far this year, I'm actually *gulp,* dating.

And then Rotten Tomatoes deleted all of my film lists and I really didn't feel like trying to rebuild them.

So I feel like I've pretty much seen everything I wanted to see from 2014. Only one perfect rating.

    Here's my top ten:

    1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier: ****
    2. The Grand Budapest Hotel: ***1/2
    3. Guardians of the Galaxy: ***1/2
    4. Edge of Tomorrow: ***1/2
    5. The Guest: ***1/2
    6. Life Itself: ***1/2
    7. The LEGO Movie: ***1/2
    8. Snowpiercer: ***1/2
    9. John Wick: ***1/2
10.The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies: ***1/2
    Out of 4 stars:
    The Guest: ***1/2
    Furious 7: ***
The Tale of Princess Kaguya: ***
    It Follows: ***1/2
