    Dude, I got an X-Box!

As for games, I got Bioshock. I'll probably get Rez HD too. I'm open for any ooh-ooh-ooh-you-gotta-play-this suggestions any of you might have, with the exceptions of Rez HD (I'm gonna be getting this straight away) and The Big Orange Box (I'll probably get this after I've played Bioshock out).
    Nice bacon.

Dead Rising is fun as hell, but it gets frustrating quick.

    Finally!

In the past, Molyneux has spoken about the need to have unprotected sex in order to get a girl pregnant in Fable 2. Of course, that implies that you can have protected sex. When asked about condoms in Fable 2, Molyneux confirmed that not only are they in the game, but they also protect against sexually transmitted diseases. There are unchaste women and men in the world that could potentially pass on something nasty to your character (Molyneux promised this wouldn't affect the gameplay too much).

Now, most of you may not care, but I just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm a rock and roll God and that The Outlaws were just made my cosmic bitches.
Congrats! I just actually gave Rock Band a real shot. These music games really just aren't for me. I'm actually interested to see how Wii Music is really going to play.

Oh, and JRPGs are probably my favorite genre. They're like long, interactive, epic stories. And when done right, they're exhilarating. Ther'es also often a lot to do, and while the stories may not be terribly open-ended, I don't necessarily see that as a drawback.

I love Square's remake train and will support it so long as I'm interested in the titles in question for reasons I think I previously stated. Good games deserve to be played again. And they're still putting out new, original, and stellar experiences (TWEY, anyone?). Final Fantasy games have enough diversity that they can continue on the series forever.

I love Mario games. They're fun. And they continue to improve, with Galaxy being positively brilliant. The Kart and Smash series are fun. Nintendo really does make quality games.

Dude, syco... you need to start watching Avatar. For any JRPG fan, it will totally be up your alley. It's the best Final Fantasy movie/series we never got.
    Sure why not?

You and I are from different gaming universes!

We both like the hobby, but have polar opposite opinions on what is good and what is not.

The Fable 2 talk on one of the 1UP podcasts (Wednesday's?) was awesome. I can't wait to tie hairy, gay prostitutes to trees in my backyard.
Giving up in 2020. Who cares.

    And get herpies from them!

So far, all of the hands on impressions of this game make it sound awesome - like it is actually delivering on all of PM's promises.

Seriously, half a million weapons? I can't even wrap my head around how asinine and redundant that must be.

All of their stories about watching demonstrations were awesome. Postal 3 was probably the weirdest one.

So glad you got one, bac0n.

I hope you enjoy "BioShock". Great game, that is.

I lived with 3 other guys for 3 years and we would buy the new Maddin and NCAA Football each year and play dynasty mode together...importing the draft classes and even naming the college players. I figured I wouldn't be buying the new NCAA, but my friend called me and told me they do online dynasty mode where one player is the commissioner and can see when other players restart games, etc. Sound pretty cool.

Watching the females of my house play the hula hoop game on Wii Fit has, truly, been the highlight of my days.

I was actually just reading about Matt Damon and he’s like, ‘There’s a culture of outrage.’ I’m like, ‘Well, they have a reason to be outraged.’ I think it’s a lot of dudes just being scared. They’re like, ‘What if I did something and I didn’t realize it?’ I’m like, ‘Deal with it.’

Yeah, that was a great podcast. Loved the impressions of those guys being so happy with their own game.

The 1up yours podcasts were also pretty good this week, although I think they really need someone to counter Shane sometimes.

    Killzone 2 (PS3) looks intense!

And here's the infamous 2005 E3 trailer of the same game:

I'd like to counter Shane sometimes. And by counter I mean sock in the face.

The dude's encyclopedic knowledge of video games is amazing, but man is he a douche!

Looking forward to listening to the wrap up show today.

Yeah, it's a pretty good facsimile, but still not quite as immersive. Is the story something to write home about in the Killzone games?

Bully contains the best adaptation of the Wii controllers that I have yet experienced. Not that I've played a ton of games, but still ... well done.
