I don't hate it! Its absolutely gorgeous. But its tough when I'm riding a horse on the same path for the third time in an hour and I have Bioshock Infinite and Assassins Creed: Black Flag starring at me.
Once you visit the different towns and landmarks, you can fast travel using the camping option. You may need to buy the camp kit from a vendor. Pending on my mood, I'd either take the long way or fast travel. If I felt like hunting / random encounters / enjoying the view, I'd take my time.Quoting Skitch (view post)

Though Black Flag is super fun.
I finished Uncharted 4 last night. Man, Naughty Dog hit all of the emotional beats this time around. I think they learned a lot from the Last of Us dev cycle. It will be a shame if they never do another Uncharted again. They are the perfect developer for this franchise. But it will probably get handed to some hack studio and lose all the lore. UC4 is the most shipped title in the franchise. I want two more titles on the PS4.

It's a wee bit too fast paced for me after playing Dark Souls for forty hours. Think I'll go back to Dark Souls, and then come back to Doom.

No Man's Sky, just to avoid confusion. And to be honest, as a guy who pre-ordered this game, I'm not too bent outa shape over this. I can just maybe get to some games I've been meaning to check out, such as this Elder Scrolls Online game I bought over a year ago, that I played for about 3 hours.

This week, I bought a PS4 for Bloodborne, Dark Soul's III, and the promise of The Last Guardian.
