Boss battles in Resident Evil VII are top notch. But it's quite clear the Baker family is not of this earth. Perhaps the game eventually explains what happened to them, perhaps a link to the virus from the previous games. I assumed, and still do, that the game is a standalone entry.
It really is frightening though, the Dolby Digital 5.1 I got setup doesn't help.

I mean...youre gonna tear that shit apart about 8 hours into the game, when you've made 15 minutes of progress and can't get out of the first area!

Forgetting to announce console availability and launch titles during your live stream is a move I woulda expected from Microsoft
Demons Souls remaster looks good tho. So does FF XVI.
I like the PS+ package but I'm surprised there isn't more focus on exclusives, which is Playstation's only selling point. (I mean, Monster Hunter? Mortal Kombat? Fallout? Who cares??)
$70 for launch titles and $50 for a slim game like Miles Morales is rough though, as is the extra $100 for the digital edition.
I assumed the extra hundred was if you wanted the disc drive?
Playstation digital is $100 more than XBox digital.
Assuming similar specs in both machines, what does that extra hundred bucks get you when you buy Sony?
I'm not seeing an immediate value proposition, outside Sony's implicit promise of more exclusives. (Granted, that alone will be enough for diehards.)

Its not about exclusives for me. Xbox isn't even on my option list until I can get one stupid cheap.
